Episode 50
Me, Myself & I
Are we truly loving ourselves? AND... in the context of 3 people; ME, MYSELF & I
Loving ourselves isn't just about self-care days filled with manicures, massages, bubble baths or meaningful downtime.
It is not a destination ,you don't ARRIVE... it's a very personal practice and it evolves as we do. it's about understanding, acknowledging and tending to our personal needs
This is truly a call to action to stop hustling for external validation and worthiness and start stepping into a life filled with more of YOU showing up for yourself.
Are you prepared to ask yourself the critical question: "Am I loving myself?
